### Functional Skills Assessment
Adaptive initial assessment covering Digital Skills, English, and Maths. Uses a Computerised Adaptive Testing (CAT) engine powered by Item Response Theory (IRT) to deliver precise, personalised assessments in as little as 20 minutes. Results are automatically mapped to five UK awarding body frameworks: Pearson (BTEC), BCS (ICDL), NCFE, City & Guilds, and OCNLR. Note: assessments are aligned to these curriculum frameworks; we are not endorsed by or certified by these awarding bodies.

### Big Five Personality Assessment
A scientifically validated 120-item personality assessment using the public-domain IPIP-NEO-120 instrument (Johnson, 2014). Measures personality across five core dimensions (Openness, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism) and 30 facets. Scores are normed against a reference sample of 619,150 participants. Available as an individual assessment (£9.00) or as part of Business plans with team personality dashboards showing composition analytics and cross-team comparisons. Takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

### AI Readiness Assessment
A role-based AI readiness assessment framework with three progressive profiles. The Practitioner Assessment (~20 questions) measures personal AI skills across literacy, prompt engineering, data literacy, critical evaluation, and responsible AI. The Manager Assessment (~40 questions) adds team capability: tool adoption, workflow integration, and skills distribution. The Leader Assessment (~60 questions) adds organisational readiness: AI governance frameworks, data infrastructure, change management, and strategic direction. Each profile builds on the one below, completed in a single sitting. Mapped to the BridgeAI Competency Framework (Alan Turing Institute and Innovate UK) with DDaT skill levels. Produces 5 readiness levels: AI Unaware, AI Aware, AI Developing, AI Competent, and AI Advanced.
